This is something an ex of mine did on me.

She said it was guaranteed to "clean me out". :biglaugh:

It's amazingly simple, but the results can blow your mind.

All you need is a dish, bowl or cup (depending on the size of your balls) with wam water in it.

You jerk off (or - better - are jerked off) and then when you are about to shoot your load, you lower your balls into the water.

Easier of course if you have low hangers

You get blue balls when you either get a) too excited and don't have an orgasm or b) haven't had an orgasm for a long time with periods of excitement thrown in. This "emptying" works simply because of the change of temperature which can make your scrotum contract and help your PC muscle contract. I don't think when you do this you notice THAT much of a difference, or at least, I haven't...

The bathtub trick works; you jerk off or get sucked while you sit on your fist to get your pole just above the water, when you're close to cum you lower your pole by making your fist less tight until your sack hits the water.
