I do. I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and gotten a 3 rather than a 4, which was the largest they had and the size my urologist recommended. The issue I have now is with my balls trying to go into the cavity where the testes originally were before birth; since they are larger than my original ones, they cannot fit inside and end up poking me in my thighs. It is definitely uncomfortable, so I have to wear a cock ring to keep them down.
When you first get them in, you have to tug on your sack to keep your balls down. I am not sure how much that worked, however. They also shifted a bit so one of them tries to go in front of the other. I guess he thinks he's the Beyoncé of the group.
