Who is/has actually followed a “zero-carb” all animal product diet ?!
I've been a carnivore since the beginning of the year.
Yes, lost 13 Kg (28 pounds), dropped from 23% body fat down to 13-14%, I prefer the way my face and body looks, more chiselled and lean, my cock looks way bigger against my slimmer body. My digestion is peaceful and comfortable, I used to suffer after eating. My skin is smoother, my mind is clear and more focused, I no longer have difficulty getting out of bed in the mornings.I love it! Are you seeing great results ?
I know this is from 5 years ago, but have you tried raw dairy (non pasteurized)? I had the same intolerances from dairy but once I switched to raw milk and raw cheese, those issues went away. The lactose issues people have come from the pasteurization processes that kill the enzymes in the diary that will break down the lactose in your body.Yes, lost 13 Kg (28 pounds), dropped from 23% body fat down to 13-14%, I prefer the way my face and body looks, more chiselled and lean, my cock looks way bigger against my slimmer body. On the down side, I am less sociable because I gave up alcohol and my diet is restrictive when eating out. I have had 3 cheat days , twice with Burger King burgers and once with vegan food, the latter gave me really bad gas and stomach pain. Being fat adapted is great for endurance sports but reduces performance for more intensive activities.
It is the ultimate elimination diet to discover whether a certain food disagrees with you, I recently gave up dairy which seems to have an inflammatory effect on me.
My goal is to get down to 10% body fat, then I might start adding foods to see how my body reacts, I'm pretty certain that my health concerns were caused by dairy but will wait to see if there are any improvements after 3 months of going dairy-free before adding anything to my diet.
Do you know where/who published this?More recent meta analyses point to a direct relationship between low carb and low testosterone, with the lower the carbs the more it impacts a man's testosterone negatively.
The one moderator is weight loss. If you're losing a lot of weight on such a diet you will initially have a rise in testosterone as 'being fat' lowers test... but once weight loss stops or slows it will negatively impact testosterone

I certainly seem to have this response. I'm 15 months on pretty strict carnivore. Almost exclusively eggs, kefir, cheese, butter, beef, and pork (all things I produce on the farm). I have noticed several good changes, but blood tests do show a drop in Testosterone. My mood and mental state is better, but my libido is lower.
When I add back carbs my libido improves, but the bad dreams, negative ruminating thoughts, and short fuse return. When I try supplements supposed to help (Maca, ashwaghanda, tongkat ali, fadagio agrestis) they either don't work or give me ED.
