This "equasion" gave me just over 6"... for a size10 shoe
So, what basis is the theory on?

I am engineering major, so I'm obsessed with math and science, hence I derived an equation for penis size.
and it goes a little something like this: y=log(x^27)-10.16, where x is shoe size, american and y is lenth in centimeters.

It's not even close. I think I am an exception. It was off by 7cm. My shoe size is 8.5.

Although, the penis has not bones; consequently, it doesn't have to be proportioned to the feet.

the results are accurate for me!! well, it depends. i wear shoe size 10 and 11, but mostly 10, and i got 16.4 cm, or 6.5 inches, as a result. however, with shoe size 11, i got 17.95 (cm) or 7.0669291 inches. my cock is actually 7 - 7.2 inches long (i just always say 7 to round down). i have no idea what a 'log' is, but this is very impressive.

My degree in math makes me feel obligated to explain, although I don't know if you really care:

A log equation has three parts:

log b (x) = y

B is the "base." The default is 10. The log is another way of saying this: (b^y) = x. For example, if you calculated the log of 100 on a calculator, you'd get 2. That's another way of saying that 10 squared equals 100.

With your numbers, (11^27) is roughly (1.31 x 10^28). Its log is about 28.118. If you calculate (10^28.118) you'll get (1.31 x 10^28) back.

Just a little intro to the logarithm (the proper term) for those who care.

The equation is the same as y = 27*log(x) - 10.16

Size 3 shoes would be a 1 inch penis.
Size 6 is about 4.3 inches.
Size 9 is about 6.1 inches.
Size 13 is about 7.8 inches.
Shaquille O'Neill's size 22 shoes would predict 10.3 inches.

I'd guess most men's predicted penis length would be between 6 and 8, so it's not surprising that a lot of the predictions are within an inch or 2 of the actual length.

Seriously do people still believe that penis size is related to shoe size? There is no correlation, and the reason that a lot of people will find this fairly accurate is because a lot of people have average shoe size and average penis size, and if you put the numbers in with those kind of measurements it comes up with a roughly average penis size. The result i get is at least 2+" inches smaller than my actual penis.

What scientific basis is there for this formula anyway?

That equation is wrong. There is no relation between shoe size and penis size.

it's based on the method of selected points, you take a bunch of people, ask their shoe size, and their penis size, then plot it on a graph, draw a best fit line through those points and find the equation of that line. so you're not going to fall exactly on the line.
remember it doesn't take into account any PE or any fat that covers the base, so people who have been pumping/jelqing forever will be way off, and so willl fat people. smoking, fatty food anything else.

like 20. but its just to get an idea, it's not like you can look at a guys shoes and tell with in a centimeter.
