This has been my problem for a few years and it has affected how well I perform with females as well. I see in a lot of threads that straight guys jack off to all different genres of porn and say they won't never do a guy and other people may say their gay or bi.....but I came across some research that may provide insight to why.

It all makes sense to me now why I can still get off w my girl but its much more difficult than it was a few years back w past gfs. The problem has gotten progressively worse over the years. I am a 29 yr healthy, fit male, who eats well and loves women. It's an internet porn addiction. If you share similiar issues to mine read that study. You may have a eureka moment. I think it's an interesting idea, but there's not a lot of actual evidence to support what he's saying. It's an impressive theory, but it's easy enough to come up with an impressive theory in psychology, and very difficult to collect data to support that. The report isn't really very scientific, and if I was going to believe it I would want to see some results of experiments to back up what he's saying.

The guy who wrote it is obviously smart, and he has managed to explain something that a lot of people worry about. But maybe a lot of people in the past also used to fantasise about crazy shit. And maybe a lot of people in the past got progressively more bored of sex. In fact, I'm pretty sure that it's a common phenomenon. But maybe I'm missing the point slightly.

All I'm saying is, on the basis of this alone, I wouldn't start to get depressed that your brain has rewired into some sort of depraved pervert brain. If you're spending loads of time watching extreme internet porn it's probably a good idea to ease off a bit. But there's probably no harm in continuing to look up a bit of what you enjoy every once in a while.

I agree but a lot of younger guys are suffering from this so more research is needed and I'm gonna try and stop internet porn and masterbation altogether for while and I'll report back.
Another problem is how tight your grip is when you beat off. If your body gets used to such a tight grip with a dry hand and just stimulating the head rapidly, how are you gonna be able to get off easily being inside a female? Especially if it becomes difficult just to get rock hard with normal sex.
