I subscribe to 2-3 different OF accounts a month, sometimes more depending. I rarely renew as I'd rather continue browsing, but sometimes I'll revisit a past performer that was particularly good. I usually discover performers on Twitter and if I like their Twitter content, then I'll bookmark their OF account. I keep tabs on if/when they offer a discount and usually will take advantage of that. Also, I usually check LPSG before subscribing to see what kind of reviews have been posted on the performer.

It's annoying to subscribe and find the model does not post regularly and is just milking their archive. Also annoying when the clips are short, typically 30 seconds - 3 minutes. And I definitely nope out if they inflate their post count by posting single photos, ads, or expect you to pay for additional content. Why am I subscribing to begin with?

Fan interaction - it's nice when a performer responds to a message or comment, though I'm not one to reach out often.

So my advice to OF performers who may be reading this:
-Build a following on Twitter and post teaser content there
-We do not care if you're in the top % of OF - it's probably a fiction anyway
-Offer discounts to entice new subscribers
-Be reasonable in your price, especially if you don't have a lot of content at first or don't plan to regularly post
-Post regularly and change up your content - we don't want to see the same camera angles every time
-Don't be a dick or get butt-hurt if someone offers constructive feedback to you or here at LPSG (*cough* Blake @vaalbara_me MasonTrek)
-I get that posting ads for others helps build your network, but keep it to a minimum
-If you're already charging a subscription, don't charge for additional content - especially if you brag about not doing so on Twitter only to change your mind later.

This is just a guess but I'm thinking that scene partner was his real-life boyfriend, who didn't want his face exposed. 3. Maintain truth in advertising. If you say you're gonna do something, follow through. Don't lure subs and hope they auto-renew. It's dishonest and you deserve to lose money if you don't give people what they pay for.
4. Don't queerbait. You deserve to be called out on public forums when you do. You deserve to lose every dime of your OnlyFans income if you do. For example, if you say you're gonna get your dick sucked by a dude, do it. If you come to the conclusion that you don't want to do that, refer to #2 above or shut the fuck up luring queer men and get back to posting your hetero shit.
5. Just so you know, preying on people to pay additionally for "premium" or "private" content on top of your subscription price is obnoxious. Especially if you don't deliver premium quality content in line with other paid porn content. Do you really think you're worth 100 more on top of your 20 per month when someone can subscribe to a porn network for 20? Or get PornHub Premium for 10? No, you're not.
6. Please, switch it up. Look back at your content. You might think you're doing good and wondering why you're losing subs. Most likely it's because you're posting the same content over and over again. If all of your pics are you doing the same mirror selfie or pose, people WILL get tired of it. And they will turn off auto-renew.

There should be a limit for OF content creators to post PPV videos. It's getting ridiculous how you pay to subscribe then you pay additional to unlock vids.

There should be a 2 PPV vid per month limit in my opinion. The rest should be free for all subscribers.

I came back to this thread to share that I think I'm done supporting only fans. My last active subscription ends in a few days. I saw that I have subscribed go 61 over the past 2 years and really only 2 were truly worth the subscription and could warrant a resubscribe. Some were good for a month due to back content. But the performer lacked consistency. Others had the dreaded no content but all PPV. Many were scams with no content just repeated promises of content. Or no content at all. Some have even figured out how to make it reflect that they have posted when they haven't. A couple say they upload content on their social media when there is no actual content.

There is no real way to know what you are getting. I have almost subscribed to three pages since I started letting them expire but I stopped because I couldn't be sure I would get anything if I paid. I figured it would be better support the performer than find the pirated content but Oh well.

I've subscribed to a few OF. I hate the ones that have some scenes that you have to buy individually, yet they don't advertise that obviously to trick people. I also hate when they upload other people's very short clips to make it seem like they have more videos of themselves when they really don't.
