Gotta go with Korra because I feel that she accomplished more than Aang ever did, and we followed her story as she went through so many hardships ! I'm still very fond of Aang though (he had cooler moves and was such a cute/funny character).

Had to google that one... I thought "dressing right" meant to be well-dressed, but I had not idea what dressing left meant.

I found the first season disappointing too, mostly because so many characters I loved were either old or dead and I wasn't so sure about that new avatar... after watching all 4 seasons though, I gotta say I enjoyed the show as much as Aang's.
