This subforum.

Ok, then you're blind. By the way I've seen some of your other posts and now I know that you're either just a little troll or a lil kid. So nevermind.

Here is my evidence: I can find no evidence that exists of any real permanent penis enlargement. It isn't that hard to document something so trivial. You're delusional to believe it works and to show me no proof. If you could undeniably prove it works I'd start jelqing. All of your arguments are merely ad hominem and appeals to (anti) reason. Seriously. Give me any evidence. Show me I'm wrong.

Until then I feel a merger with 'Ficticious Stories' is in order.

@Robert: wasting 30 or so minutes every other day for two years of my life isn't going to happen. If this is real why does no real documentation or evidence exist? Also I'm a young guy, chances are I'll grow naturally over a period of two years.

the bolded part of this quote leads me to believe that this person is either a troll, or, like a large percentage of the internets, doesn't know what they are talking about.

seriously people, just ignore him, and let him have his false sense of victory.

No snakebyte is right. It's not about PE exist or not. It's about weather those exercises work or doesn't.

Glib, if you make videos of you daily doing these exercises correctly for a year and show before and after pictures that it doesn't work, then you have evidence. If you don't then you can't talk much.

When I started PE I was skeptical like you, so I didn't take photos and I don't have much privacy where I live to save my penis photos, so sorry I couldn't do it. But I gained 1.5x0.5 for my self not for anyone else. If you believe it then go ahead and do it, if you don't then don't blame others for your lack of motivation and belief.

Btw, Fowfer's post is an excellent example why PE works and if you want more you have to sign up at thunderplace, PEgym or MatterOfSize. These are PE dedicated websites and over there people will show you photos. Good luck.

I already said im going to grow naturally so a PE video is worthless. Ask some 40 year old.

Also playing a strategy game from the 1990's that is among the most iconic and bestselling videogames of all time is perhaps a mite more respectable than an (subjective opinion) awful animated television program, that is supposed to appeal to young people (despite some older people liking it) that centers around slap-stick and crude humor.

I'm not trolling or anything, consider me a vigilante.

No you are a troll.

You are aware that many here and elsewhere have reported gains with PE and you denigrate all such individuals as belonging to " lecherous cult of liars and 'cool dude' hopefuls who serve no purpose but to cause strife."

You make a provocative statement, and then demand that the individuals you have dissed go out of their way to provide you with "proof" so that you can sit back and discount any evidence offered. That is exactly what trolls do.

I wouldn't bother to cross the street to piss on you if you were on fire.

Misdirected vigilante!!!! Ask a 40 year old what? I started PE at age 60 and gained 1.5" x .5" in little over a year.

fow

And I started at age 56 and have gained about 1.5" in length and .5" in girth thus far (took more than a year, though).

You really do believe what you're writing? Checked the best seller lists on PC and gaming consoles. Guess what I could not find at all. Btw target audience 6-12 says enough.

I wonder when you're no troll why you behave like a total douche in several threads?

BeefSupreme: can you post those pics in here as I'm not interested in joining another forum. But overall, Glib is right, not Snakebyte. Simplify the argument:

Person 1: I have a ball.
Person 2: Prove it.
Person 1 produces a ball.
Person 2: Oh you do have a ball.

vs.

Person 1: I have a ball.
Person 2: Prove it.
Person 1: How about you prove that I don't have a ball?

If a person makes a claim, it is up to that person to prove the claim. Another person can only prove a claim to be accurate or not if first given evidence to examine.

All the other stuff about Pokemon, real time strategy games and the existence of god I'm not going to touch as this isn't the place for it.

Upon seeing this topic, I became interested but then somewhat skeptical at the claim made in that topic. For starters, could some one please explain to me what any part of that post says?

I have no idea what any of those terms mean, and it's like reading a foreign language when apparently it's not (despite the fact that the OP is from Germany). What's splitted and non-splitted? What's 5 on and 2 off? What do you do during warmup? What's ballooning? What are "basic" stretches in "all" directions?

I could go on but I decided not to bother with that process if I were to be interested in PE, which I am. If some one is going to bother providing evidence that a process works with before/after pictures (that I can't even see without joining the forum), I would appreciate more a detailed explanation of that process rather than using terms that people, who are actually interested in it, would not even understand.

If you are interested in PE you will find definitions for all those terms and more on the site (PE Gym). If you are interested enough to try PE it behooves you to take some time to read up on basic terminology, techniques, and possible injuries.

I could spend 30 minutes defining all those terms for you, but why should I? I don't owe you that any more than I owe you or anyone else "proof" that PE works.

If you don't feel you have the time to do this, are too lazy to do this, or want someone else to do this for you, don't bother with PE. It is a time-consuming process and if you don't have the patience to read you won't see any results, and may wind up injuring yourself in a futile attempt to find a "short cut" to gains.

Your post seems pretty shallow to me, but I can blame my own wording for your misinterpretation of my post. I know that I specifically complained about the terms that were used, but really it was more about HOW the terms were used. To me, there was little to no explanation on the process, and mind you, I looked around on that forum for some help before posting anything on here.

The only thread that I could find that would somewhat answer my questions was this:

Measurement Abbreviations and Acronyms - Penis Forum

Directed from this thread:

PEGym Forums - Announcements in Forum : Beginner's Forum

And none of my questions were answered... However, with common sense, I think I know what "5on2off" is supposed to mean - 5 days exercise, 2 days rest? And I'm assuming "splitted" means that you divide the process into two separate sessions, although I have no idea what you do in between and for how long this "split" is supposed to last.

But I have done some research in the past, and it seems that one's process is slightly different from another's. It's not that I don't have enough patience, it's just that I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. I'll quote one of the posts in here that talks about trying to disprove PE, but it probably describes also what you're supposed to do if you want to make any gains:

...you must follow the exact procedure, for the amount of time required, without even changing a small detail.

You really do believe what you're writing? Checked the best seller lists on PC and gaming consoles.
Try handhelds bro.
Also, no list can factor in resale.
And perhaps I should've said franchise, not game.

Also, to access that website I have to become a member.
Does it contain legitimate before and after pics that show gains of more than .5 inches?

and generally any actual documented gains are .5 inches or less, a number which could easily be manipulated by various measuring techniques such as bone press.

Code:
I guess the debate more so lays in that.. is the work worth the results. Most people claim gains, but only a few CM after months of work.

Exactly. People who P.E: myself included must first come to realize that gains don't come as quickly as some men hope. It's more in the technique and doing it right.

You seem to have some genuine interest. I would recommend you become a member at PE Gym. Read up on the beginner's routine. You will find pictures and videos describing the techniques. After you have reviewed them, post any questions you may have. People there are generally quite helpful.

Another good forum is Thunder's Place. Again there is a beginner's routine, pictures, videos and other tutorials. Thunder's Place only opens to new members periodically, however, but I don't believe you need to be a member to view much of the material.

Big Al has also frequently posted a link to his beginner's routine on this subforum.

Yes, there are slight differences in the different beginner's routines but they are more alike than they are different. Sometimes the same technique will also go by two or more different names. For example, Fow's "Fowfers" are also called "Lazy Ass Stretches".

Basically, all of the beginner's routines include the following:

1. Some type of warm up. Many use warm water. Many use a rice sock or a heating pad. Some use a radiant heat source or an infrared lamp.

2. Stretches. Basically these are simple stretches done by grabbing the shaft and stretching the penis out in various directions, typically holding the stretch for 30 sec at a time.

3. Jelqing or "milking". Various grips are used but the most common is an "OK grip" formed with the thumb and index finger. Wet jelqs are done using lubrication. Relatively high pressures are generated within the corpora by squeezing with the OK grip starting at the base of the shaft and proceding relatively slowly to just below the glans. Dry jelqs can by done without lube and require some laxity of the skin of the shaft. The fingers do not slide over the skin during dry jelqs. The skin actually moves with the fingers over the shaft.

4. Kegels. Just as women do after childbirth. The Kegel exercises strengthen the bulbocavernosus muscle in men and improve erection quality.

5. Stamina work or "edging". Maintaining an erection for a prolonged period of time by masturbating just shy of ejaculation. Many feel this helps guys develop better control. Some feel that edging actually works with other techniques to facilitate size gains. Some guys claim to have developed the capacity to have "dry orgasms" and multiple male orgasms this way.

There are lots of other techniques including use of various devices such as hangers, extenders, all-day stretchers, vacuum pumps and water pumps (like the Bathmate) as well as clamping. I would advise you to stick to the basics initially and as long as you are seeing gains. For many guys, the primary goal is not size gain but improvement in stamina and erection quality.

This subforum often has some worthwhile information but is generally not the place to go for information about PE.

Some people claim to have pursued PE regularly for prolonged periods of time without seeing gains, so there is no guarantee. It is not uncommon for guys to see an initial significant gain, called "newbie gains" after which continued size gains take considerably greater investment of time and effort. For example, Fow says he gained an inch and a half in length in the first year along with 1/2 inch in girth. I gained just over an inch in a year but relatively little girth. Since then length gains have been stubborn (but slowly coming) but girth gains were steady. Most guys gain much more slowly than they would like so it is very much a long-term process. The threads you see here reporting results (or lack thereof) after three weeks are basically meaningless.

For many I suspect the results do not justify the time and effort required. In the time it takes to add an inch of length some guys could have mastered a musical instrument, read all the classics, or learned 2 foreign languages.

Or perhaps the guy could have enrolled in various aerobics classes, Pilates classes, pottery classes, and taken dance lessons, met a whole bunch of women in the process and fucked them all silly.
