Am i the only one who thinks the show is actually good? Like I understand why a lot of people didn’t really vibe with season 1, but this time it seems like they actually listened to people’s complaints and fixed so many things…this time they give us the drama, they knew everyone hated the teachers being gg so they added georgina sparks to that, there are constant name drops, cameos, there’ll probably be a lot of nude scenes and the fashion and style of every character is just immaculate…so idk i think it should be so much more popular and well recieved

Season 1 - 3 was good and people watched it mostly for the characters. The algorithm can prove that , but I agree they’re just dragging it on for the sex scenes

Not really , the only similarity to the original GG are the rich and wealthy kids.

Gossip girl reboot on the other hand is basically a mirror to Elite

What are you talking about lol. That's all the same premise. Gossip Girl is the OG show about the sexy and dramatic lives of kids at an elite private school. The dimension that Elite added was a murder/apparent murder that shapes the narrative of each season. The new Gossip Girl follows the same format of the original with the only twist being the absurd revelation of who the new Gossip Girl is.
