Anyone seen Thomas in the Gossip Girl reboot? I get why some people weren’t having the relationship between his character and the teacher, but I think Max and Rafa had a lot of chemistry and that kiss scene was emotional and hot.. also, the polyamory thing or whatever they’re trying to do with him, Audrey and Aki was kind of predicted from the beginning and I personally think Max should end up with Rafa. But who knows anyway, there’s still 6 episodes left of this season and the show just started too lol

For one I don’t think of them and the show as being in high school. The way the actors act dress and speak this is pretty much college to me. But that’s my head canon. At the end of the day it’s a show and like I said most guys are not stupid at that age. I knew what I wanted when I was a sophomore in HS and God knows how many crushes I had…

Most teen dramas are exaggerated BS. That's the whole point of the genre. But "deciding" that the characters are in college is about as stupid as deciding that they're witches or vampire hunters. They're not.

Ummm one is a simple setting dumbass versus one is the actual characters themselves…..but sure say whatever you have to.

if I said Thomas was straight and black while the two main girls were Caucasian in my mind then I might agree with you that that is a massive major shift from what the show is fundamentally about.


But that’s not what I said. Of course you’re not that smart so you want to make shit up and generalize rather than actually read the words I typed.

To me everything on this show presents as “older” so I don’t think it’s out of place to imagine it taking place in college. Or if it is even high school it’s seniors and juniors.

spoiled rich kids all act like that. i remember when i was in highschool and rich dudes would show up late, drunk or hungover, having driven to school in their very expensive cars, and no one did shit about it
