It was cancelled a while ago and not that quietly. Didn't generate too much buzz and for a sex show, it didn't show a lot of sex lol

That's surprising, only because initially I heard they were picked up, but then was looking at the listings, just didn't see it. Yeah, I feel like the first two seasons could've been a bit more compressed into one, but I really liked the show later, and with the exception of some minor plot lines, really liked it. Granted, it could be because I like Thomas Jane, and I'm from the area where it takes place, so it struck certain chords with me. Of course, more sex would've helped. I was always expecting more of his trials and tribulations of the tricks, and less about his life, more in the vein of Gigolos.

Old thread, I know. But FYI for Amazon viewers, all three seasons of Hung are on Amazon Prime (free!) In case you never saw the show before like me (penny pincher reluctant to purchase cable TV with HBO, Showtime, etc.). I watched the shows and found the plots hilarious.

Hilarious in a good way? I've seen some screencaps of Thomas on that show and was stunned by how good his body looked. The first time I took notice of him was in The Punisher. Too bad the shirtless scenes were so dark, but even so you could see that he had a stunning body.

Yes, it has comedy moments. However I believe Hung and the other HBO shows have been moved onto the similar HBO streaming service, so these shows are no longer on Amazon Prime.
