I thought he said "this guy made me nut" at first and got excited.
I don't think I've heard him talk before ... didn't expect the accent.
He does have a unique way of talking, but I hadn't thought of him having an accent. What accent do you hear?
As far as I know, he was born in New York and then moved to Philadelphia. However, his family is Vietnamese, maybe it can have some influence on his accent as well (but not sure if he speaks viet, whenever someone questioned him if he do, he always dodged the question).

The new site he went to is kinda scammy. It gave me john Ramos vibes tbh. Suggestive captions behind a pay wall then it's a selfie it will prob post on Twitter or IG at some point

The site’s policy is no nude content for any reason, not even artistic nudity. Also high odds he’s not even running the page himself as his patreon post announcing the switch sounded very agency produced

I think you are quite right about he being backed by some agency. I haven't looked at his insta for a while and I started to check it again, and from his last stories, it's look like they are trying to make him an influencer. It was very produced content, which lacks soul and very marketable—if you understand where I'm coming from.
I used to followed him on TikTok a while ago—his videos definitely had charisma. Only his insta was a little bland, but still has his personality. Now, what I have seen seems staged, idk trying to be something he isn't.
For sure, some agency made his mind saying he can make money by turning into those types of influencers that make generic videos and get tons of money for it. Like going to places and make videos there as if it was part of your daily life and you are just casually being there doing those contents, as if there is no camera, no planning etc. Idk, I think that doesn't suit his personality from what I have seen from him.
