I can use my nikon D3100 D-slr to take time lapse photography when I am sleeping to see how long my cock stays hard when I sleep but the sound may wake me up and it hard to stay warm.

I will set the camara to 118.000 iso so I do not need a flash.

That can be a bit too noisy... Maybe you can bring your ISO down to 12500 or so, but use a 2 minute exposure? That should be enough for even the darkest of rooms.

this sounds like a strobe issue - snap a shot every minute of so .... and have a flash every minute or so. you will need to learn to sleep with blinkers on - even cheap airlines provide them on overnight flights, and daytime flights in the opposite direction.

All digital cameras are able to take decent photos in extremely low light situations without using flash. Test it in your darkened bedroom with just a small night-light until you find the correct settings.
