Watch how much muscle you build, remember it weights more then fat; CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO. I actually was working my legs too much and I went up 2 pant sizes, which I am working on at this time. Lose the fat, I suggest pushing yourself hard on the Stair Master / Step Mill, it will shed fat in a matter of weeks IF your strict with yourself. Also write down what you eat, you'll be surprised the crap you consume without realizing it. Finally, you have to be honest with yourself, if you crap out and don't work hard at the gym either because your tired or it hurts a bit too much, your only cheating yourself, same if you eat crap; its no one elses gut but yours. I think I just sounded like Dr. Phil.
