Disney doesn't care about anything except $$, so I doubt they'd be bothered. Nothing he would do in these movies would affect their bottom line. They kept RDJ, Scarlett johansson, and non-twin Olsen on the payroll, so I'm sure a little Holland nude bits wouldn't ruffle their feathers
Exactly. They are only strict with their child stars. Thats their image. The rest is simply making money from movies

He has a contract with Marvel Studios who’s parent company is Disney
His contract is officially with Sony Pictures, who own the film rights to Spider-Man. Sony has come to an agreement to allow Marvel/Disney to use him in their films.
back when all those sony emails leaked(pre-tom's spiderman era), there was lots of stuff that included how sony is allowed to portray spiderman. these rules were set by marvel(i.e. disney). so despite tom's contract being with sony, disney still has some power over his contract and gets to have some say on things

Actually his contract is with marvel and Disney, Sony’s role on the spider-man and avenger films are to sign off and agree with the portrayal of the characters they have the rights to, and they collect a percentage of the profits, Disney controls directs and pays the actors including Tom
