They don't cut off the clitoral hood for a labia reduction, do they? Who would do that? That's unethical. And that looks a lot more than "reduced" it looks like it's totally missing.

surgeons can make a penis into a vagina.. so a smaller clit totally in the realm of chop on demand.

the clitoral hood is snipped, much like make circumcision and the glans of the clitoris are "tact" with internal sutures to hold it closer to the body... less protruding of the base/shaft of the clitoris.

But even these photos of successful "clitoropexies" don't look as extreme as that photo. The appearance of a "scar" could be the use of some of the tools in Photoshop, like the "blur tool" and the "clone tool" - not an actual scar.

You're right, and I'd also rather err on the side of "helpful" than not and not everyone looks the same.

If she has had a female circumcision, then the scar tissue could explain why she's so tight, but surely she would know it, wouldn't she?

the picture you used is of a woman who for whatever reason has had some type of genital alteration preformed. and maybe some heavy photoshop'ing done after the fact. eta: there are women with very small clitoris *clitori?clitoreses?* my ex-girlfriend was a mini-clit gal until she hit the level of extremely aroused.. so if you have a naturally occurring small clit, no worries.. it normal as can be. same with smaller labia, minor and majora.. snowflakes = pussy :biggrin:

your best bet is taking Ms. Dolfette's advice to see a doctor. you might have issues with your hymen, you could have some type of scarring or contracture... but we can't tell you from a photograph or even a detailed description. :smile: eta: the out appearance of female genitalia doesn't really have much to do with inner structures anyway.

if you google search your local city and free health clinic you can find walk and slide fee clinics in your area.. just in case insurance/getting insurance information form the family is an issue.

you might be embarrassed but doctors have seen everything and they will be able to help you.
