When this hit the radio airwaves I was still quite young, but no male schoolkid worth his Rawlings outfielders glove would ever admit to liking this song. File it under the category of romantic chic ballad. What is intriguing about this version with actress Didi Conn lip syncing to Kasey Cisyk's voice is the studio orchestra. The brilliant sheen of the violin section comes forth on the closing passages and indeed the whole string section deserves kudos. But what's with the three tenor trombones and a bass trombone? They are all but inaudible during the entire recording. Come to think of it a brass section of that size would have been better spent playing Antonin Dvorak's New World Symphony.
