Will someone please explain Tosh.O to me? i don't get it. I guess the clips are entertaining, but the humor is shamelessly simpleminded and so easy.

I'm simultaneously appalled and impressed by the guy's lack of self-awareness. His willingness to do and commit to the most cringe-worthy, tasteless jokes. He comes off as angry and hateful and it seems that the show is rife with laugh tracks.

Are you guys fans? I don't get it, but at the same time, i have it programmed on my DVR. I hate it but i catch myself watching it. Ugh...

This is weird, I'm not quite sure by your definition of hate, but have it programmed on your DVR. Unless perhaps you're a glutton for punishment?

I like it just as much as any shock humor I watch. South Park, Drawn Together, Family Guy, etc. It's nothing special. And he's not really funny to me. I just watch for the clips.

Really? whats not to get? its like you said yourself "the humor is shamelessly simpleminded and so easy" thats the point. Theres no catch 22. His style is basically sharing his inner-thoughts unfiltered. He has a very honest style. Hes an asshole but you can tell hes really not, hes just a snarky nerd. Anthony Jesilnik on the otherhand looks like a complete douche and i dont get his style at all.

just because he does the show in front of an audience, doesn't mean the laughter is au natural. if you listen to those laughs, they are tracks for sure. they may be hybrids, but those laughs are not authentic audience laughs.

Jeselnek's stand up is much better. Probably because it's more rehearsed. His punchy, dry, deadpan style is lost in his show.

I've watched the show several times and he seems uncomfortable and the comedy is forced, awkward and stiff. The panel stuff doesn't really flow or play for me, it seems stiff and stilted.

I think he's a good comic, the show doesn't show his material and strengths. Like Louie CK who went through several show formats to find his groove.

Comedy Central is odd. They find comics and buy 12 episodes of their show and then let it die on the vine and go on to the next comic.

yes. This is exactly how I feel and exactly what's wrong with the Jeselnik Offensive. I enjoy Tosh.0 more, but find Jeselnik funnier and more attractive by lightyears.

Forget Daniel Tosh, I wanna fuck Anthony Jeselnik. His humor is more intelligent, too.

Oh, gawd no. Jeselnik is not funny, and he will be gone soon. His show will be cancelled.

Tosh is hilarious. He calls the morning after pill, breakfast in bed.

OP just sounds old and uptight.
