Why exactly does he need to justify his decision to anyone? Hallmark has a large stable of actors, and frankly Trevor isn't one of their top go to performers. He gets some work, but not like some. So if he had the chance to sign an exclusive with a new network led by a former Hallmark bigwig, so what? How about we see what the channel does before getting on our soapboxes? And for the record, he isn't the only Hallmark actor going exclusive with GAC Family.

Also the tweet is extra stupid bc Kal didn't come out and make a big news spectacle himself. He casually mentioned his engagement in his book and the media (as usual) made it into a big story bc that's what the media always does.
Yeah, it almost reads like total jealousy at Kal getting to be himself!

Is this dismissing white men or is this just noting that this is a big deal because an asian American actor just came out? Meanwhile, almost all of the big coming out stories that media gas up revolve around white men. Remember that abusive former Bachelor got an interview on a major morning network news show and a Netflix deal. A person of color, even a former bachelor, wouldn't likely get that much of a sweet deal just on the basis of coming out.
That’s ridiculous. All the media talks about is “people of color”, whatever that means. This guy got the same interview as the bachelor dude. And apparently that Netflix special isn’t even happening.
Can't be true that all the media talks about is people of color. if that were true, can you explain that Youtuber couple that took the media by storm the past month after the girl went missing? There have been tons of Native Americans that have gone missing, hardly a peep from the media comparatively, Can you explain why white people are on the cover of 80% of magazines? Can you explain why most news involve primarily white people be it politics, sports, arts, or media? Can you explain why the biggest TikTok influencers are white? What about perfume models, go to Macy's and see the ratio of white to people or color faces for perfume and other models throughout stores.
My favorite, can you explain why whenever the media wants the opinions from "real Americans" it almost always involved an interview with white Americans?
This isn't inherently bad but to sit here and act like the media doesn't focus on white people is a huge stretch. You live in America, stop playing games.
I haven't heard that the Netflix show is cancelled, can you send me the link. Even if it was cancelled, because Colton is crazy, he still received the offer in the first place which was the point.
