I used to live near him. That house is 1.5m. Property taxes doesn’t indicate anything in California because of Prop 13. And there is no way you could rent it for $2400.

I was basing that off what Zillow says properties in that area are currently renting for but it doesn't matter. The point, which I think is lost, is that their relationship/living arrangement clearly works for them since they have chosen to live together for almost 2 decades. It's obviously about more than it being cost effective since they could probably afford their own homes. Nothing says Trevor has to live in LA to work. In fact, most of his jobs require him to leave California.

If their relationship is a romantic one then good for them. If it isn't then good for them that they have been able to remain close enough to share a home and pets for so long in such a cut-throat business.

I'm not saying that he is gay. I usually just assume people are asexual until they reveal a preference. I kind of grew up with his gay character Teddy so I've always followed him on social media and I've never really seen him post anything definitive in either direction. Some people, of varying genders, come on message boards claiming to have hooked up with him but never have any proof.

Since I'm not having sex with him, and if he was gay, it is past the point where him coming out would matter to a young closeted kid, it doesn't matter.

His social media posts don't give any hint of his sexual preferences, but he certainly has no qualms about posting all the shirtless pictures. It's wrong to make any assumptions but a handsome 40 year old who has never been married makes for speculation. I'm not casting any judgment.

Aaron had a roommate/personal assistant/boyfriend. As a die hard Packer fan I could care less. He seems to be over compensating since he and said boyfriend broke up though. His string of beards (Olivia Munn, Danica Patrick, Shailene Woodley) is impressive.
