Well maybe. I think when you are young and your connective tissue is strong then you are able to control it. Then there is still the issue with the higher infection risk because of the exposure of the rectum. That I think is the reason that we are witnessing so many hospital posts of performers with prolapses that caught some kind of infection. But I think the older you get the harder it gets to control it. I think at a certain age they will all need surgery. But hopefully at that point they don't need to perform anymore.
