I don’t know where he’s lives now, but he was released early from prison, and if he’s still on probation he can’t move without permission from the court. He went to prison for 3rd degree domestic assault, which is the least violent of assault. I know a guy who went to prison for 3rd degree assault because he pushed someone who was threatening him out of his way and the guy pressed charges and lied to the police that my friend was threatening to kill him (lesson: don’t go to bars in Texas). Did Tyler serve all 3yrs? I don’t know the details of his offense but that seems like an excessive amount of time for a first time offender
 
I posted in here that I knew him personally and dealt with a bunch of trolls but we live in Missouri. The KC Metro area is as specific as I will get but yeah.

I haven’t talked to him in like a year though. I wonder how he’s doing. Seemed like a normal pothead then but I was just running into him at the club more so than hanging out or anything.

Wow dude, you really are a storehouse of knowledge on revered media edge stars (I prefer the word "edge" over "porn" which dredges up negative imagery and connotations). One can't help but feel for Tyler upon reading your treatise of his recent troubles with his family unit and the law. The justice system seems pretty fucked up and I don't know your politics, but it seems targeted more against young men of a certain breed. So the main reason for his imprisonment was this third degree domestic assault. I am a peace loving man, but just perusing Tyler in recent weeks I do not get a sense of a violent man from him and I'm extremely intuitive. They're def going to side with the wife in a matter like this, even when it comes down to one party's word against another's.

I like your general advise to gay men: "Stay out of Texas bars." In fact, the last time I ventured off to a Midwestern gay bar, I had an incident on the way back. Wow, that's a long sentence for third degree assault. And we don't even know the facts of the case, it was probably his wife's word against his. Hopefully Magic Mike can answer your question.

Jfc what a gross thing to say. It's all in this thread. He's had issues with the law for years and has been in and out of jail. He was already on parole when he was arrested most recently. Which was right around the time he shared a weird video of him refusing to get out of a girl's car.
