It looks like acne on his chest, or a rash of some sort. Given how hairy his legs and crotch are, he might shave his chest, and that can cause various skin problems. I’m Swedish and I have hair on my stomach and chest, although it’s not outrageously hairy. I did shave my chest for a few months but I stopped because I swim laps daily and the chlorine in the pool is very drying (even for people with oily skin), and shaving just made it worse. I ended up having to use a lot of moisturizer all over my chest after every shower and every time I swam, and even then I ended up with acne on my chest (which I’d never had before). Oh fuck, man, don't remind me of another thang that I want to get back into, and that's swimming. I mean serious, regular swimming is such a good thing for a guy's general health anyway. But I'm afraid if I use indoor swimming pools at health clubs and fitness centers, that I'll end up wearing one piece male suits because of my aforementioned skin sensitivity. It's been a while, but as I recall I itched a lot after just from a casual swim in a public swimming pool, some years ago. Oh well... some of those one piece things can appear rather sexy when they cling to the skin. You mentioned muscle definition... and that can also show with tight clothing. Apparently you work quite hard on your chest and overall body. Swedes are known to have immunity to certain diseases and longetivity; at least that's what I've read and heard.
