Last night I had The. Hottest. Uber driver bring me home. 20s, handsome, well-built (wearing a tank top) and very bro-y - basically the kind of dude who I'd hate to hang out in a bar with but would totally let own my ass and mouth. I spent half the ride seriously contemplating "should I just straight up ask him if he wants a blowjob?" and then ruling out the various ways to do that because I didn't want to be rude. Still kind of mad at myself for not at least finding a way to incorporate the word "swallow" into our conversation.

Anyone have any hot experiences with or as an Uber or Lyft drivers? If so I'd be curious to hear how you planted the seed of thought that led to the hookup.

Uber driver here. I have had passengers ask me for dates, which I either politely declined, or hinted what bars I go to and implied that if they came across me in a more appropriate setting while they were still sober (my passengers are generally intoxicated) they were welcome to re-introduce themselves and say hello. If I feel tempted to hold the passenger at gunpoint and order them out of the car, this negatively impacts their rating, and could cause them to lose access to the service. Generally, this behavior includes touching me. Don't fucking touch me. And be careful with your stun gun or cattle prod that you pull out for your walk to your building because, as one of my passengers almost found out, if it goes off in my car I will assume I'm being attacked and I'm ready and willing to open fire. In my case, I'm a woman, alone at night, locked in my car with strangers.

Having said that, there have been some fairly aggressive, but politely worded sexual propositions. These were all declined, but because I wasn't disrespected, it had no negative impact on their rating. Make no mistake though, I see myself as a cabbie, a designated driver, a patron saint of the drunk, stoned, and stupid, not a prostitute. I'm not granting sexual favors to strangers in my car. I still have other ride shares to do, and my family to transport the next day. Even a passenger who seriously inconveniences me or deeply offends me can still get five stars if they tip at least $5 and promise to give me 5 stars.

In conclusion: If you want to suck his dick, find a charming way to offer. If he takes offense, apologize, then at the end, give him $5+ and 5 stars. Best case, you get to suck his dick. Worst case you get matched for a ride share again with someone who thinks you're grimy, and remembers why.

Though the tone sounded a little bitchy @AlteredEgo is so right . It's a personalized service for your comfort and convenience . I've had really hot drivers too . Out of respect I just keep it a fantasy .

That bitchy tone is your creation, not mine. What I have presented here was straightforward insight from the perspective of one driver, and what I hoped were helpful tips for how to proceed, and a concise cost-benefit/risk analysis. There is a real risk of losing access to the service if enough drivers perceive your behavior as inappropriate. There is a real risk that too much sexual aggression will prompt a driver to perceive danger and respond violently. I know this because I have drawn my pistol twice. Once to protect a stupid passenger from some random guy on drugs, and once when a cattle prod fired behind me. I have contemplated ordering belligerent passengers out at gun point. But I have also carried incapacitated passengers into their homes, and even retrieved a runaway dog that escaped when I opened one passenger's front door. Like I wrote, I am the patron saint of the drunk, stoned, and stupid. Like you wrote, it's advisable to keep desire and designs to fantasy.

I apologise for using the word bitchy, poor choice .It does sound like you are driving in a high risk area if you need to carry a gun . You also suggest to the OP to find a charming way to ask his driver if he can give him head , really? Oh and if he declines give him top ratings and a decent tip ? What kind of advice is that ? Just sayin ...

All great points. Yeah, the reason I didn't say anything was because my sense of "don't be an asshole" is stronger than my libido.

It just struck me - probably because this was the first time I had a driver that I was like "Well hello!" - that this sort of situation must come up, especially given how ubiquitous using these services has become. And for the life of me I couldn't imagine how it could be anything but awkward. I mean, I'm a world-class flirt and even I was stymied. :p

Are you female? Are you an Uber driver receiving unwanted advances? Do white people express curiosity about your skin and hair and think their curiosity gives them entitlement to satisfaction via running their fingers through your hair and touching your face while you drive? No? Okay. Perhaps the diversity between our backgrounds is why our perspectives are so divorced.

I drive all over the mid-atlantic region from Maryland and DC (which pays better and brings me closer to my fella) through Hampton Roads and the Tidewater region (where I live) and on down into the Outer Banks of NC (which, again pays better in peak season). I don't carry in MD nor DC because it is illegal, but I am able to carry anywhere in VA and I do. I picked some crazy, drugged out bitch up from a beautiful beach house and dropped her off at a HUGE house in a beatiful, wooded suburb of windy roads and old trees. She was so belligerent that she almost got left on the side of the road mid-ride, and if she'd have been male or slightly less drunk I would have felt certain she could defend herself or find her way home or both and left her when I pulled over to dare her to disrespect me one more time. Sometimes the nice areas are just as dangerous as the slums. For one thing, there is no foot traffic, and the isolation is all but absolute. So when you do run across someone, there are even odds they are up to shenanigans. You do not have my perspective on this. I would suggest you ask questions rather than make assumptions.

Is it possible to make a sexual advance charming? People do it all the time. How do you think most people eventually get laid? :p

I have a few uber driver friends (maybe one is lyft) and they all tell me women are worse passengers, maybe you are in the wrong line of work
