I must've missed some of the episodes you are discussing. I've actually complained to Dana White because most of the guys now wear what I call "bloomers" because they are these long, baggy ugly shorts! I liked it a lot better back when they wore the tight trunks!
I do agree that the only thing that prevents them from being hot gay porn is that they never rip off each other's clothes, nor do they fuck!

As an MMA fighter and a cocksucker, I'll just say that since I started fighting, I don't look at it for even an instant as being gay on any level. I think straight homophobes tend to make that sort of generalization. Obviously I'm not referring to the original poster.

They not thinking about what the crowd is thinking, and in fact, they're not thinking at all....they are IN THE MOMENT unlike any other time in their lives and focused on the battle right in front of them. Man on man combat.
The true sexual component, for those that miss it, is not the wrestling shorts or flesh, but the battle for DOMINATION of one man over an other.

I understand all that, but it does kind of look like a weird version of a mating dancing when you see some of the guys go for it really hard and fast, all grappling and tapping each other and twisting and turning their bodies around so much they become covered in sweat and blood and looking pretty roughed up.

i know! i knew that Lesnar was relatively unexperienced, but DAMN! that lasted like 5 minutes. Lesnar pounded the shit out of Mir the first few seconds but once Lesnar left an opening, Mir made him tap out like a little girl.
