Yeah, I had that same issue when I was younger in school. Any thought would get blood flowing and once I felt it begin to swell, the sensitivity would just take it from there and I'd usually have to try and tuck it when no one was looking. I'm very happy with my uncut penis and the sensitivity is has though since I've learned how to deal with it.

Yeah, that's usually the main issue that's talked about when a girl initially sees my penis. But being who I am, I'm a very clean person....I've never had any issues with a women being turned off. Women make more smegma than men do. I haven't seen any since I finished puberty.
I think that diet plays a part in how much is made. You know circumcised men still make smegma too as the glands that make it are not removed in a circumcision. It mostly ends up in their underwear.
