Very interesting masonjames, sounds like your tunica may have lost elasticity over time as mine has. Can I ask, which implant did you receive, the AMS 700 or the Coloplast Titan (or something else)?

I have the Coloplast Titan. 24cm with 1.5 cm rear tip extenders

I ask because I read once that for men with tunica expansion/weakness, there is some concern that an implant will increase girth too much, with no strong tunica wall to basically hold it in a cylindrical form. The AMS has a built-in limit on how wide it will go, while the Titan has no limit that way. Yet, you are the second guy like this I've heard who has the Titan and has lost some girth, so it appears this isn't the case and the implant works well even in cases like ours. I reckon you had a skilled surgeon who sized you just right. Congratulations!

Yes Dr. Hakky at Atlanta cosmetic surgery in Atlanta Ga. One of the best in the Nation. Not only a great surgeon but a very down to earth guy who talks to you like we men talk to each other. I like that. No proper terms just dicks and balls and such LOL

No but he did offer fillers to give ack

No but the offered to do fillers to give me back what I lost. Being 72 years old and still way above average thickness couple with the fact that it's not permanent, I declined

Just to circle back on this - I have finally found a definitive medical journal paper documenting this condition, explaining it, and generally giving it a name. Just published recently. Apparently pretty rare, but I would wager it often goes unreported, so maybe more common that you might think.

So, if you've noticed an unexplained girth increase over the years, this could be pretty insightful.
