Urinating at night . . .

A few years ago I suffered a fractured Femur and couldn't safely get out of bed at night to pee for many months. My doctor suggested that I keep a bottle or jug by my bed to use as a urinal at night. That worked out great and so well that I've continued to do that. GFs have accepted it fine in fact they prefer it because I don't awaken them getting out of bed. I sleep better too as I fall right back to sleep after emptying my bladder.
Anyone else have a similar habit or other night-time urination rituals?

I never get up at night.

I avoid liquids at least 90 minutes before bedtime so I don't have to interrupt my precious sleep cycles.

I never get up once in bed, always make a habit of not drinking about an hour before.
