Hi there,

does anyone have experience taking Viagra and then going to a Gay-sauna?

I usually take 1/4 of a pill, if I know I'll be nervous and I don't drink alcohol. That way I don't get too bad a headache... but I can still feel my blood pressure rising and can hold my erection.
I really want to have a 3-4some with some friends. They all individually suggested going to the sauna. So far, I only do Sex 1on1. I would loose my erection otherwise, if more people consume my attention. I really like them all and want to have this...

I'm worried that the heat in the sauna might make me faint or worse, if I take Viagra.

Thx for your time :)

Probably not.

So far I've been told to leave the sauna, if I feel awkward.
I've seen men commenting about using Viagra at the Sauna, but sadly no experience was added :/
Keeping it real here... When I used to be on blood pressure meds, my doctor told me to avoid long exposures in saunas. ;)

<<< Not gay, Never tried Viagra; and never visited a hot tub

But I think that hot tub exposure has an effect on heart rate as well as blood pressure.
Viagra, I believe has some affect / effect of the body's physiology as well

I have no idea about the spa or the OPs, health.
<<< Im not a medical person; Just making a statement

Very risky. It's extremely easy to overheat yourself when viagra or cialis kick in.

I get in the hot tub every night for 30 mins, then take cialis, then 30 more mins in the tub. That way it's another 30 mins of cool-down before the pill has really hits

I dont understand why you would do that, if its risky to overheat yourself?
Wouldnt you want to take it after your bath?

I have taken Cialis for years and although not immediately before using the heat rooms, it has been in my system when I go in them. Need to moderate how long you stay and not get overheated. Once you get too hot even Cialis/Viagra won't help you stay hard

Everyone reading this, whether you're going to take viagra and hit the spa, or whether you're not, should get an automatic blood pressure cuff and get a baseline of your blood pressure. Take your BP every morning for a week. If it trends over 120/80, talk to your doctor. High blood pressure can damage your brain, your kidneys, your cock, and your heart.

High blood pressure is silent. It tends to have few symptoms. A man I knew became a shadow of himself because he had a stroke. Unemployable, ruined his life. Until then, he didn't know he had high BP. Get a BP cuff and know what's going on with your body.

That said, in my opinion, it's fine to take a moderate dose of a PDE5 inhibitor like Viagra and go to the spa if you're in decent health and know your BP. Viagra tends to lower blood pressure since it relaxes the smooth muscle that lines blood vessels. That relaxation, and increased blood flow, causes the desired effect on the dick (and also the undesired effects of headache, facial flushing, and sinus stuffiness).

The sauna lowers your BP, too, so be aware. You may feel lightheaded or dizzy. If you feel dizzy or have vision changes when changing position (laying to sitting, or sitting to standing--or oral to anal), then slowly and carefully move yourself to a cooler area. Maybe you'll find someone to play with in the showers, too.

My former partner was doing Viagra and would work out. He went blind in one eye and had a pulmonary embolism that wrecked both his health and his life. He's not an invalid, but pretty close to being one.

I'll share few ideas here also. Different point of views.

From safety point of view:

There is so much research from pde5 (viagra/cialis) that it's mindblown.
There is tens of million of people who take viagra , plus ten millions who take cialis.
Often, if not every day, if taking into consideration how much take it recreationally also it's hard to find numbers.
But i would round it upto 50-100 millions of living people right now have taken cialis/viagra.
And severe side effects are extremely rare , deaths even less. That itself doesn't mean someone should take the lottery.

Other side point of view:

Nowadays seeing how much advertisement/recommendation there is to pde5 , there is lot of candypopping them, downplaying all the possible danger that could happen.
Some people who is in very good health , have already low blood pressure, should/doesn't have any reason to take them. Thinking nothing could happen.
If they still take, there isn't any reason to take more than a very small dosage.
People should still remember it's still a blood pressure medication not just a safe dickpill. Caution is needed.

I've seen people who are them recreationally already have low blood pressure , young people. Have hard to breath , face all red and don't think nothing about it , they don't think about them as a blood pressure medication , to them it's "just a dickpill".

My personal opinion is, based on pornstar recommendation / reading articles / trying them different occasions and so on.
Every time i take them my nose gets blocked (based on dosage, smaller dosage less effect, less blockage) and i hate it, don't want to rely on nasal sprays and get addicted to them.
Pde5 is overhyped
.
Cardio and health condition is 100% more effective . Vasoconstriction in the body is there for a reason (not going into this right now, post would be too long).

If a person really needs pde5 ( is not very old) to get hard , have a lot more bad issues going in them than just a "oh blood pressure littlebit high"

Stress/anxiety related issues pde5 doesn't fix. Blood pressure issues pde5 is just masking a bigger underline issue.
Get your health (mental also) in check.

Hello guys, thanks for answering readily to this thread.

Staying informed is always good. That's what it means for us to be adults.

I still havn't gone to the sauna with my friends. But the pill is waiting on my table :)
After consideration, I will probably take it along with me and use 1/4 of it. But I will consult my doctor first, about my blood pressure.

@Carterx3 My anxiety wont go away, by having my mental health checked. Multiple men distract me to the extent, that I just loose my erection. It doesnt matter if I adore them or not, Im just easily distracted.

I wanted to say that losing erection due anxiety , pde5 wont fix....
best case scenario it would lessen the softie but won't fix...
pde5 is a blood/heart issue fixer (it's a blood pressure medication) not a mental booster / libido booster or any that kind.
For this , only androgens / anti anxiety , so on will work.
Besides that blood vessel problems and such, young or and healthy person who's not diabetic also, is not that common phenomenon.

Being more healthy and fit is more effective than any pde5. I'm telling all the people that pde5 is hyped up for recreational value.
I've done them all....pde5 is the most hyped up thing, start working out, get fit, take androgen/antianxiety combination if really (not recommending) and your all set if not more..
High testosterone plus healthy fit will win every pde5 every time..

If there is a medical need for pde5 then this is another thing ...pde5 for just sex fun pill is all marketing hype that made millions....
It's more easier/better to diet and work out and get better erections than being fat lazy unhealthy and taking a pde5...

Boys...i'm here to give you all the real truth about everyday..love.

Once I took a blue pill when hooking up with a dude. Later that night I went to sauna with another friend (straight). No effects, except popping up an ”accidental” boner in the sauna. We had a good laugh!
