I read about a year ago in Mens Health that the resident physician for MH suggest taking a small amount of V every day. There have been a couple research studies done i believe in Germany that have come to this conclusion.

You can get a pill splitter and divide up the V quite easily into small mini doses. They suggest one b/4 bed. 1-2 mgs.
I can personally attest to the efficacy of this idea.
Also Mens Health has a very good blurb this month on the proper way to do *Kegel* exercises for increasing erectile duration.
I do them myself and they work really well. To test your *kegel* strength, drink a ton of water and when you have to pee see how well you can cut the flow off mid stream. I can now slam it shut in a blink, no drip no nothing.
If you get really strong down there you will likely be able to wear out your partner .
