has anyone ever heard of/seen someone with visible blue lines on an area of one's shaft? ive always assumed they were veins but theyre not the bulging type people would brag about or whatever

Yes, I have them on my penis as well as a very prominent and large vein that is visible on the top of my shaft even while soft. Perfectly natural.
