Penis transplants are real. In the next decade or so, Smalls will petition the courts to declare themselves disabled, then get free medical coverage to receive penis transplants.
Instead of a sperm bank, there will be a Penis bank, you can go and pick out the color, shape, thickness and length you want. The only down side is that once you receive the transplant, you will be expelled from small society, and cast out into the world of the large, to live among us.
Irony, being what it is, you will pick out the largest, thickest one available and no woman will want to have sex with you.

Ironically, this seems to be a BIG problem for wally.
If this technology is ever perfected, it will be a game changer. The only thing that could change society more would be reaching the AI singularity and it would be close even then.
