So this is a question that I've been researching for a while.
I know from personal experience that abstaining from masturbating for at least a day before sex will increase your load.
I also know that making yourself come to the edge of cumming and then backing off will increase your load.
Loading your diet with protein, and drinking tons of water will also do it.
I do all of this as well as regular kegal exercises. But I can't seem to get more than a couple inches out of my stream.... If it doesn't just pour out without any distance.
Any suggestions anyone? :biggrin1:
