What book are you currently reading?

"Goodbye Heiko, Goodbye Berlin" by Owen Levy. It's a novel about a black American man and his fascination with East Germany; especially a man he meets on the other side of the Berlin Wall.
do you like it? are they in a full-blown romance or a tease of one? i may add it to my winter reading list

I'm about halfway through. There is some sex so far, but not graphic. And the relationship seems to me to almost be more obsessive than romantic, at least for one person.

I just finished reading "Circle in the Sand" by Fox Emerson. A spaceship settles over England and takes onboard a man & woman who are shown past human history and the future as the possible end of the world approaches. The alien shows them humanoid life on planets around the universe, and they begin to think he may be God., and human life on Earth seeded from other planets.

Currently reading "God Save Texas" by Lawrence Wright. Provided reviews such as ". . . provides some much needed insights into the febrile condition of America"; and ". . . A liberal who understands it's conservative heart, Lawrence is at once besotted and repelled" are spot on for this memoir.

Yes it's teen fiction and I LOVE IT!!
I missed Harry Potter when it was first published and was a big thing. So I thought I'd get into this as it's supposed to be the next hit waiting to happen.

The series is about bloodthirsty unicorns, riders, a unicorn island and a lot of shenanigans. It's a rip off of HP in many ways but I don't care. Read it!
