What constitutes a big dick?

A friend of mine has a rather thick penis, however it is also very short, the thing is he likes to refer to it as his big cock because it is thick. Now i always pander to this and go along with it because i would never want to say anything to hurt his feelings, but personally i think a true BIG dick should be both length and girth.

Ladies (and gents) would you agree,or do you think the term BIG can refer to length or girth singularly?

Thank you for the info, and yes i am new an old member who has re-joined, and i did notice the new Ask A ... sections, however i also noticed they are also restricted in whom can respond. And since its not only women who have an opinion on penis size, i thought i'd put this in the women's forum so anyone male or female an share their opinion.

Also i dont want to be the only person allowed to reply to my own question, a forum should be open for discussion between everyone.
