Well czech and slovak guys understand each other completely without problems so there is lots of talking and joking. But ofc mostly the friends circle is from the same country. With hungarians its more complicated as they dont speak czech/slovak, but many times they all speak english then or someone is translating. F.e. Attila, their photographer (and more) speaks all the languages...

I know that Czechs and Slovaks understand each other mutually, I rather thought that the guys were teasing the other if he used a word wrongly, or because of his accent, or some harsher ethnic slur - of course just as a joke.

Not that I remember, so if that happens, then very rare (between czechs and slovaks). We were the same country before and share very similar language and there are no ethnicity problems or jokes (maybe few with specific words).

I remember years ago when I think 6 BelAmi boys were in Cape Town to study english for few months, Julien had the hardest situation as he was the only one hungarian (which I was surprised they didnt take at least 2) and didnt understand much with other guys, but thats natural
