hmmm It varies with me.. I can be 3.5" and most of the time 5" or so... sometimes a lil bit bigger than 5. But usually it average out at 4.8" or so.. And I think I am a grower..

I measured my soft girth for the first time, I am 4.5" around. So 5" x 4.5" and I grow to 7" x 6".

I have seen a few horse dicks on here. But for me, I would not be happy to have a huge softee like them. That is too much to conceal, and too hard to carry around all the time. And I'm already shy enough, I don't need people gawking a me.

I'm not the best judge on this by at all. I have been told that mine is real big, I don't think it is i think it's normal.
It's 6" long soft and about 10" fully hard.
I think it may look big compared with my body because I'm a little man 5'9" tall 160 lbs and a 30" waist.
maybe some of you guys would be a better judge
