Didn't know there were so many storm fans. And X-23 is indeed a badass. Who do you think would win in a fight though? My moneys on storm. 
I'm not super familiar with X-Men lore, and I didn't think X-23 was a protagonist, I thought she was an antagonist. So I didn't mention her or a bunch of the other ambiguous and/or villainous ladies from comic books I like.

I grew up playing board games/card games with family, then it was Pokemon and Magic the Gathering, then it was D&D, then it was N64 and Mario Kart and Goldeneye and shit and it just has snowballed since then. If we're including antagonists/villains, I like Poison Ivy, Mystique, Lady Deathstrike, Morgan le Fay, Harley Quinn, Duela Dent..........

X-23 is not a villain. She was cloned from Wolverine DNA to be used as an instrument of death by the forces of evil but switched over to the forces of good and has been a member of both the X-Men and the Avengers not to mention countless other superhero teams and organizations. Sure she's had a checkered history but so do many characters considered to be superheroes.
I like her because she's complex and flawed. Although she's a troubled soul with a dark side and past she has done much to save and protect many superheroes in the Marvel Universe while killing/defeating numerous villains along the way.
And for the record X-23 would absolutely destroy Storm in a fight. She's a highly trained killing machine with rejuvenation ability. Storm is a fucking pussy compared to her.

Gonna have to respectfully disagree with ya on that one. I like both of them but the only way x-23 has anything on storm is if storm doesn't see her coming. Otherwise x-23 would have to deal with either being electrocuted then thrown into space, thrown into space or damn near frozen..then thrown into space...by way of highly directed and controlled cyclone. Now there is the issue of trigger scent but even then if storm knew about it then she could effect the wind currents around her. Of course though, x-23 can't actually be killed (except maybe liquidizing some adamantium) but being trapped circling the earth is a close second.
I don't know ladies, i'm only doing this out of slight nerdum and if you wants me to stop just let me know but...who do you think would win.

I'm more a fan of villains but I liked SuperGirl, Rogue, She-Ra, and Witchblade. Michonne of Walking Dead is also a big fav.
