Hello current and ex-Oregonians:
I'm a SE U.S. translpant since 1985, and consider Portland's South Park Blocks home. Love my adopted Oregon: the climate, the men, the landscape, the men, the organic food... And did I mention the men? Not only are we heading into our (mostly) sunny period of May through September, but this is also the time of year when we can really get our fill of eye candy with all those shorts and (when worn) T-shirts showing off Oregon's greatest commodity: Men.
(O.M.G. I'm talking like a casting agent for the porn industry. This is sad. Very sad.)
Oregon's greatest commodity is actually timber. Or is it basketball? Or wind-surfing? Or micro-brews? Or computer chips? Or a certain brand of athletic shoes? (Note to self: Must pick up a newspaper and read the damn thing... and not just the Arts & Entertainment Section.)
