Will only appeared in the 2016 and 2017 calendars/films. I don't believe that the 2021 stuff has been released yet, but I just took a look at the trailer and the only rowers I recognized were Lucas and Amir. The Warwick Rowers severed their ties with the project in 2019 and current members of the team are forbidden from participating.

Warwick University did not like the project from the start, and offered to fund the rowing team if they stopped participating in the calendars and films. It's so weird to watch the 2018 films, where all of the rowers seem to be behind the project 100%, and then the very next year, 95% of them have jumped ship.
