She wasn't underage, she was 17. The issue isn't statutory rape, its distributing images of somebody under the age of 18. She knew full well she was being recorded. Lets not make out he's been raping kids.

Which i think comes under the bracket of naivety. I genuinely don't think he realised he was doing anything wrong. I certainly don't think he needs 2 years rehabilitation. Give him a fine, tell him off and crack on. Certainly shouldn't have to sign the sex offenders register for it.
