no its a fair law .18 is the right age ....under 18 is a child ....and would make it child porn ....so all people who make porn should be over 18 .
The legal age of consent is 16 , not 18 . The prison sentence he was given was ridiculous. A slap on the wrist and warning would have been sufficient. The girl knew exactly what she was doing

Just because it’s the law doesn’t mean I’m obligated to agree with it. It’s a ridiculous law. As if you’re allowed to fuck a 17 year old but to take pictures/videos is a crime that can get you put away for 2 years and on a sex offenders register. It’s stupid. It’s a slap on the wrist offence at best
What about if that video was purchased by someone who lived in a US state where the age of consent is 18?
Then the person who purchased it in the states would have to defend there attraction to 17 year old and have their name dragged through the mud and be dubbed a kiddyfiddler, when in reality, the person is sexually mature. It’s stupid
There’s no basically about it, I don’t want people thrown in prison for 2 years due to stupid hypocritical laws whilst people who break genuine/logical laws get off with a slap on the wrist.
