I know he's previously posted that his boss at his law firm didn't care about his "racy" posts as long as he was bringing in money, but his recent online activity has moved way beyond racy into explicit pornography territory, and his bosses and law partners may be none too pleased. Although this is just speculation on my part.

See I could believe this one. You are right… it’s gone past racy and although I (we) were enjoying it. I’m sure his work wasn’t so pleased.

Or we could be over thinking it and Twitter has a habit of deleting accounts with nudity.
That's fair. I'm just unsure because the message on his account says "account doesn't exist," which I thought appeared when someone deletes their account. Doesn't it say "account suspended" when X deletes it?

Oh yeah... I think ur right. That sucks! Hopefully he comes back at some point.
