Because some "men" here crave our approval like air. Why else would they bother posting in WI despite the unwelcome reception they get? Well, I suppose they could be trolling... but the stench of desperation is real.

Unfortunately, if approval is not forthcoming they will settle for attention like the desperate manchild/puppy they are.

Even more unfortunately, they are so utterly predictable and self important that when on ignore you still know exactly what they are saying.

Luckily the cool guys hang out here too and aren't shy about smacking the offender's nose with a rolled up newspaper

Unfortunately there are some women that egg on this kind of behavior from slobbering men. I oftentimes feel like the kid on the playground that no one wants to play with. As my ideas rarely fit in with the majority and am oftentimes too direct. I'm alright with this, though. I've been here long enough to know that many will drop off never to be heard from again. Now, if this could institute itself in real life I'd be as happy as a pig in mud.

Once again! And I like few things less than having to repeat myself, but there's no reason to insult an entire group of members. In this case women and in Women's issues random thoughts of all places. If you've nothing productive or interesting to say then why are you in this thread? I've no idea where you're getting the 5 or 6 that might report you as you've no access to that data. A moderator told me last fall that if I had nothing nice to say, well.... I hope you get the point. Just be careful. You ought to know better than this after four years. There is no need for this other than your own boredom, I guess. Find another outlet perhaps.

Some men where assholes to those women in real life and instead of this experience to make them a better person they chose to hold grudges against a gender and vent online with every chance they get. I said it a million times that they see the world through their eyes and have their opinion be affected by their life experiences.
