Well...it's been a whole week in classes, and seeing people again felt great. I still feel like things aren't better though...I'm still stressed out, not relaxed, having trouble taking to people, and I still feel out of place. Only good thing that I got my confidence back to talk to women again, which is nice.
I recently took up yoga (for a physical education class) and it feels so relaxing during and after, but as soon as I go home it feel like it never happened.
I feel like I have to go back to a therapist. I'm just not sure what else to do. I guess I'm doing better, but I still have some ways to go and some things to fix, not to mention my birthday coming up so ugh! Anyways! for now, I'm going to go do some homework.
