Thanks to a fellow reader (back in 2016) I became aware of a condition, that explains it all: Hyperspermia! I had never heard of it and maybe it was not yet well known then?! I guess this has changed, as you can successfully search for the term in porn tubes nowadays.
However, the info at Wikipedia remains scarce! – After many years of found footage I conclude that there are different forms of the conditions, different severities and different ways of Hyperspermia affecting a man’s sex-life and climactic experience.
With conditons I mean: is a man producing either much precum (e.g. constant leaking) or semen or both? With or without sexual excitement?
With severities I mean: is a man leaking a lot without being aroused? Is he always cumming with numerous discharges (like 10 and more)? Does he need to ejaculate several times a day?
With climactic experiences and sex-life I mean: does a man experience a satisfying climax/orgasm before ejecting his load, is his cumming tied to an ejaculatory reflex, does he require an erect penis? And in which way does this condition affect his daily routines and a given romantic relationship?

Being aware now that this condition exists and that it accounts for many of seemingly unreal ejaculatory performances, it still seems miraculous that the male reproductive glands manage to produce such a non-diminishing volume of seminal fluids, both precum and cum. All the associated glands must be constantly secreting at full capacity! Their glands (Cowpers, seminal vesicles, prostate (?)) must enlarged for to store secretions at least for a while.
