So, now we have a report that says, using Santa as an enforcer, by saying things like "He knows when you are sleeping... etc," only works with kids, for about 5 minutes and sucks the joy out of xmass/christmas/whatever.
We now need a study to see what the effect of "Santa is watching" has on employees when the boss says it. My guess is that could be good. But don't get "creative" guys, don't tell that pretty young thing, or that handsome guy that "Big Daddy is watching", since that could have very negative connotations.
The line that "Big Daddy is watching", should only be used with male/female pros and dancers. Then only by co-workers, or when the performer is acting so "bad" that fortune is likely to smile on them, and soon. Lol
