Way to go Kodak!!!! Keep up the good work, I totally agree with the benifits of nofap. I haven't jerked off at all for a little over 10 months and have been wearing a chastity device NON-STOP for 9 months, without the chastity device my longest was around 4 months of no porn, no masturbating, no orgasm. I know it's really hard and really tempting sometimes but stick to it bud

Excited to see there's some other nofap guys on here. This is something I've been working on for a long time as well, I'll typically make it anywhere from 1-3 weeks without jerking off. I've found so many positive effects from not jerking off, it's definitely something that I plan to continue with. Congrats Kodak on your progress!
