My hair was down to my butt before I dedicated it to the Flying Spaghetti Monster. That involved dreading it up to about one third of its original length and adding meatballs.

I love long hair - on men and women. I have a thing about gorgeous hair on either gender. Nothing like soft, thick, beautiful hair. Mine is on the thin side so maybe it's just about hair envy - LOL! On the other hand, I think a woman who can wear a really cool short hair style is hot.

I really don't have a preference, although I don't think I would ever do the bald thing voluntarily. My hair is in transition right now, somewhere in between, as Cap says.

I doubt Cap will vote since he rarely comes into the the Women's Issues area, but he would say long. Sometimes it's just a pain.

Now with him he's sort of in-between. He's had it longer than mine when we were married, and then he shaved it completely a couple of years ago! Now it's just how I like it - just a little long with a curl to it. I never know what his beard is going to be from one day to the next. I got him a new beard trimmer for Christmas and the next thing I know he has stubble. Then it was a goatee. Now he has his beard back. I didn't know I was married to a multiple choice!

Well - the poll is about women's hair - the question was about whether people prefer women's hair long or short or have no preference. I thought that preferences might be interesting split into men and women and into people who were attracted to women and those who weren't. I didn't think whether or not people were attracted to men as well / instead would have anything to do with it.

I much prefer women to have long hair,imo it looks more feminine and pretty.

I had waist length hair up until 2 yrs ago as i found it difficult to manage due to my main job and it took too long to wash and dry properly...2 hrs at least

I really think it depends on the girl though as far has hair length goes...but for me, a girl with longer hair is hotter, as a general rule. It's more feminine and it's sexier to me.

I've had long hair the vast majority of my life and every time I cut it I end up hating it. I'm pretty much still letting it grow out till its long enough for my liking but trimming it to keep it healthy keeps setting me back. I do like the look of long hair but it's a huge pain in the ass and I wish I could have a short little cute haircut but it looks terrible on me.

I had long hair for the longest time, then wore it shoulder length for a couple of years. I recently took the plunge and cut it all off and I love it. I have a very blunt face, so the short hair kind of sharpens it. I looked downright nebulous with long hair.
I prefer to like long hair on a girl, though. There's just something about running my fingers through long hair...I love it on guys too!

I was born and raised in Indiana, and therefore I am not wrong, people from Indiana are never wrong:biggrin1:. Your poll didn't meet the proper standards, a good poll would allow for generally attracted or not generally attracted. so it and by default, you, which is and are wrong. You can't help being wrong, so don't sweat it.
