Haha, yes: de first form is de French Canadian form, de later one iz de filthy, stinky, surrendering French-from-France form.

Biography of burns1de (from his profile):
I'm a filthy French-Canadian

So wuz yer ma from Saint-Malo, mon bebe?
I realize that surrender is not in your personal vocabulary (sauf pour le moment de s'envoler en l'air, si je me souviens bien mes lecons de francais).

Yeah, but I'm the good kind of stinky (as in 'musky', not B.O.).

The Quebecois accent in French sounds hilarious even for a rosbif like me!

There was the time that Quebecois films, when exhibited in France, came with surtitles. But that was when most characters in Quebecois films were lower-class, uneducated peeps. That obsession with prolo characters has pretty much evaporated.
Actually, many Quebecois can speak a very standard French.

Glad you told me. Rumor had it you lived in Smegmaville.
Now, 'musky' I like.
